Baylor's Blend is a blend created as tribute to those diagnosed with cysitic fibrosis. Created with beans from Rwanda and Ethiopia that produce a matrix of honey flavors and caramel sweetness, blended with intense floral and fragant woody incense.
The design of this blend was inspired by my daugher Baylor who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis in Decemeber of 2020. The beans were specifically picked out to portray a beautiful representation of this disease. The floral flavors chosen to represent the phrase "65 roses", a way in which children pronounce cystic fibrosis. The honey notes and caramel sweetness to represent the hope of the future of finding a cure for this disease.
The month of May is cystic fibrosis awareness month and 15% of the sales from Baylor's Blend will be donated to the cystic fibrosis foundation.
